Description

"Difficult to describe, easy to enjoy" is the credo of Peter Wahrstätter and Flo Straif.

Last year, the two young restaurateurs opened the Spitzbuam restaurant in Brixen im Thale.
Flo's cooking style is a refined and lively fusion of basic French techniques combined with the exotic spices and flavours of the Orient and Asia.

The wine list is a matter close to Peter's heart and almost resembles a travel journal through Austria and France - good addresses with marvellous products. Unconventional, unpretentious and surprisingly different.

The restaurant was awarded 2 toques and 14 points in the Gault Millau Guide 2024.
