Did you know that “de Wiag” is something very special? Located in the “cradle” between limestone and slate rock, it has been a place to gather energies and indulge in homemade delicacies for almost 100 years. The power path was already known during the Celtic period, which runs from the Brixenbach via the Cross path to the Wiag. We look forward to your visit, Barbara and Peter Seiwald.

The Wiegalm in Brixen surprises: traditionally from the outside, then culinary and experimental on the inside. Even with the aperitif, the variety is evident: from five Prosecco varieties to the regional Huber wheat beer. On weekends, the roast pork is a must, and there are regularly different types of Gröstl – Tyrolean, blood sausage, or even vegan. This variety, combined with a sunny terrace and a rustic ambiance, makes the Wiegalm a special stop for connoisseurs who appreciate the unexpected.
