The rustic snack station Zottahof above Alpbach is widely known for its unique Kaiserschmarren.

The recipe has been "top secret" for generations. The Kaiserschmarren is not served in pieces as usual, but as a fluffy-delicious "giant omelette." Cranberries are served alongside it. You just have to try it yourself! 
Another special feature of the establishment is the spoon milk. This recipe is also "top secret."

From the farm, you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Alpbachtal.
