The Foischingalm, which belongs to the farm Einwallhof, is located in Gasteig at 1,000m above sea level.
During summer, our alpine cheese, as well as bacon are available directly at the Foischingalm, all year round in our 24-hour refrigerator at the farm (Einwallhof, Einwall 1, 6382 Kirchdorf).
