Shopping Hüttschader organic vegetables

The farmer Anton Baldauf from Kirchdorf cultivates the finest organic vegetables and has specialized in preserving old rare varieties after his studies in agricultural sciences. His goal is to run his farm sustainably as a closed-loop system, where human, animal, plants, soil, and water form a unity.

From about early April to early August, young plants are sold at the farm on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

At the St. Johann weekly market on Fridays, you can find organic vegetables and young plants from Hüttschader from about early April to mid-November.
