Welcome to our little "farm shop"

In our small lovingly managed farm shop in the valley, we offer you the finest specialties directly from the mountain cheese dairy Stoankaser'n.

• Mountain cheese: In the summer months, our spicy mountain cheese is made at Stoankasern. After a minimum of 3 months of ripening, it is sold by us.
• Butter: Our sour cream butter made from pasteurized cream with min. 85% fat is very popular, which is why we request you to place a telephone order in advance.
• Eggs: We also sell fresh eggs from happy chickens that live in a mobile chicken coop.
• Tilsiter: The Tilsiter is a semi-hard cheese made from thermized alpine milk with red cultures and 45% fat after 6 weeks of ripening time.
• Milk: Our milk is filled fresh for you in bottles daily and placed in the self-service machine.
