Description

As the oldest son of a Tyrolean mountain farming family, I discovered nature early on and learned about the hard work behind it, which laid the foundation for my passion for refining milk. Through travels to Switzerland, South America, and a constant pursuit of development, I have perfected my cheese-making skills and can today proudly call myself one of the youngest cheese masters in Austria, decorated with several international medals.
