A small wooden house is idyllically set against the backdrop of the Wilder Kaiser in the nature reserve Kaiserbachtal: Here is the pine pancake Hofmann. It is operated by Manfred Lehnert and his family in the third generation. From the mountain pines of nearby Feldberg the valuable mountain pine oil is distilled - it is a 100% natural product from a renewable resource. The burning of the mountain pine in Tyrol has a particularly long tradition, because the pine trees in the high mountains thrive particularly well. In Kössen, the high-quality oil is processed into products of the brand Kaiseradler.
