Description

This trail is freshly groomed every day, but icy or slippery sections may still occur.

Trail access:
Via C11 – Lottensee or directly at the Seefeld-Wildmoos golf course (near the Lottenseehütte).
Alternatively, access via Buchen: take the bus to the “Buchener Höhe” stop or park at the “Buchener Höhe” car park and join the trail from there.

Trail character:
The C6 – Buchen trail is a short but challenging route for experienced cross-country skiers in the Wildmoos area. Starting at the Seefeld-Wildmoos golf course, it climbs steeply up to the Buchener Höhe before continuing along a panoramic section towards Muggenmoos. The route offers impressive views of the Inn Valley and the Hohe Munde, but requires solid technique and good fitness – especially on the short, steep climbs.

Note: Trail conditions may change during the day depending on the weather. Please be aware that icy patches or deep tracks may occur. Adjust your skiing style accordingly.

Connecting trails:
A4 – Muggenmoos, B5 – Katzenloch, B8 – Interalpen Connection West, C10 – Mundeknie.
A complete overview of the trail network (including current trail status) and useful cross-country information (ticket machines, waxing and service points, changing facilities, etc.) can be found in the trail report.
