The Penningberg cross-country ski trail is approx. 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Hopfgarten. The perfect starting point is at the Penningberg sports ground. The trail invites sports enthusiasts and beginners alike to enjoy the beautiful landscape. From the Penningberg trail, you can reach the Niederau trail in the Wildschönau via the connection.
