The Kaserer Winkl is perhaps our favorite side valley of all the side valleys! The Alpengasthof Kasern is so beautifully situated there, set against the majestic peaks at the head of the valley. We’re even willing to overlook the fact that it stays closed in the winter.
The cross-country trail in Kasern starts in the district Obern, Madern or at the Alpengasthof Kasern (no winter operation) and runs at an easy level of difficulty. Refreshment stop: Gasthaus Olpererblick in Toldern.
