The Stauden cross-country ski trail in Gschnitz is 2.5 km long and is groomed in the classic style.
The trail starts at Hotel Kirchdach or Gschnitzerhof and is easy. Possibility of connection with the Gschnitzalloipe, various refreshment stops in Gschnitz.
From Innsbruck there is a train every half hour to Steinach (every hour on Sundays and public holidays). Continue with bus 4146 in the direction of Gschnitz to the Gh Gschnitzerhof stop. Timetable: http://www.vvt.at
