Well, we don't want to leave ourselves quite that much time for the trail, but you should at least allow enough time to enjoy the Alpine panorama of the Kaiserwinkel.
The starting point is the Nordic Center. Head southwest past the sports field,
through the underpass beneath the federal highway. Follow a right turn and then a left turn
past a row of houses into the open field.
Then turn right through the forest until you reach a crossroads of cross-country trails. Here, turn left through the underpass beneath the state highway. Follow a wide oval route until you reach an ascent to a higher plateau, from where the trail heads back toward the underpass. Continue through a few loops in the forest until you emerge back into the open field. Go a short distance through the forest again and return to the starting point.
