Arrival by public transport
Take the bus to the bus stop "Lienz Hochstein/Schloss Bruck" and then take the gondola to the Moosalm and then on to the Sternalm.
Who wouldn't want that: from the city to the trail in just a few minutes? The Family Flow Trail makes this dream come true: biking fun close to the city on the outskirts of Lienz. The varied bike park trail leads over berms, waves, jumps and wooden elements - even beginners will find their flow here.
From the Moosalm, the family-friendly flow trail winds its way through the shady forest, past Bruck Castle and back to the valley station of the Schloßbergbahn. All difficult sections can be bypassed on the "chicken lines".
The start of the Flow Family Trail is at the Moosalm at approx. 1000 m above sea level. From there, the newly created, 4 km long trail winds its way through the shady forest towards Bruck Castle and on to the valley station. It covers a difference in altitude of approx. 340 meters. The trail was created with chicken lines so that jumps can also be avoided by less experienced trail riders. This means that there is now a new route on the Hochstein, which also allows beginners to ride the trails down into the valley. Attention: the road traffic regulations apply from the Bruck Castle area!
