Ah, the Lech! We just can't seem to tear ourselves away from it. That's why we let it carry us along even on our gravel bikes. But if you decide to take the detour to Hinterhornbach, you'll have to really put the pedal to the metal.
A gravel bike tour through the Tyrolean Lech Nature Park—and thus through one of the most unspoiled valleys in Central Europe. Starting from Vorderhornbach, you can choose between an easy, flat route and a steeper alternative. Both routes lead through Europe’s largest contiguous Fraunschuh area, where the Fraunschuh flowers can be admired from mid-May through mid-June. There are numerous spots for swimming and resting along the trail by the wild Lech River.
