Description

Starting from the church, head north in the direction of the Althauswald gorge, before the bridge turn left in a westerly direction until you reach the turn-off for trail 5 in the direction of the Fritzhütte hut. This trail first leads through a pine forest, later steeply up through rugged terrain to the Fritzhütte. The continuation to the Ansbacher Hut (2376 m) leads across flowery mountain meadows and is not difficult. Take the same path back to the starting point (approx. 2:30 hrs)
