Arrival by public transport
By bus: Bus connection from Ellmau / Kitzbühel / St. Johann i.T. / Lofer and within the Pillerseetal region. Fieberbrunn Aubad bus stop. Walking time to the starting point approx. 1h30. Bus free of charge with guest card.
A big part of this trail leads you on the track of the miners, who for many years, either in summer or winter, had to walk into Pletzergraben to get to their really hard work.
Take the Gebraweg in the Pletzergraben to a bridge ("Herrgottbrücke") and the crossing there. Here starts the tour. Take the left pathway to the Farmanger Grundalmen and further on to the Gebrakapelle. From here take the ascent on the right to the Gebrascharte and via the Gebraranken and along a steep incline to the peak. Retourn via the same route.

Coming from St. Johann i.T. or Hochfilzen via the B164 Hochkönig Bundesstraße (coming from Waidring / St. Ulrich via the L2 Pillerseestraße) to Fieberbrunn. At the Lehmgrube football pitch, turn off into Gebraweg and follow the road into the valley.
