Kaiserjochhaus - Ansbacher Hut (Teilstrecke Lechtaler Höhenweg
From Kaiserjochhaus, head east, passing under the Grießkopf peak. The trail climbs slightly to the Kridlonscharte, and from there passes the Hintersee lake on the Hinterseejoch ridge. The trail divides here. Stay on the eastern path, Trail 601 (Thomas-Haas-Weg), avoiding the descent to the Vordersee and ending up at the mountain hut by the Alperschonjoch. From here, continue on Trail 601 to the Ansbacher Hütte, 2376 m. Return along the same route and back to Pettneu.
