Description

Description:
The route tour can be managed on well-marked hiking trails without major technical difficulties.Directions:

If you arrive by bus, the route starts at the bus stop in the village area of Höfen (district Reutte). From there, it goes about 1 km on an asphalted path up to the valley station of the Reutte cable cars. Then take the Reutte cable car up to the mountain station. From the mountain station, a visit to the alpine flower garden (no longer maintained) and the alpine barefoot path, as well as the start area for paragliders and hang gliders, is recommended. On the Alpenrosenweg, continue to Lechaschauer Alm (overnight accommodation available), followed by a short ascent to Tiefjoch. The descent leads via the Schneetalalm (overnight accommodation available) into the village of Nesselwängle (bus stop).

Tip:
Enjoy hearty meals, refreshing drinks, and homemade cakes on the sunny terrace of Lechaschauer Alm. The little guests can have fun at the playground.Safety guidelines:
It should be noted that mountain sports carry an increased risk of accidents and injuries. Despite careful route planning, a basic risk always remains. Preparation through endurance sports, appropriate technical training and further education as well as personal caution reduces the risk of accidents and dangers. But never forget that the weather in the mountains can change very quickly. Stay on the marked hiking trails.Equipment:
Personal mountain sports equipment must be safe, functional, and comply with the current technical standard. Every hiker is advised to inform themselves about the planned routes in alpine specialist literature or on-site.Additional information:
