From the end of the valley on the Mutterbergalm to the Dresdner Hütte.
The short but nevertheless recommendable ascent to the Dresdner Hütte takes you into the world of the Stubai glaciers. The Dresdner Hütte is a perfect place to start further tours or transitions. Due to the proximity to the Fernau middle station of the Stubai Glacier Cableways, the hut is also easily accessible for everyone.The trail to the Dresdner Hütte starts directly from the car park of the Stubai Glacier Cableways. After a short stretch of forest path, you cross a small bridge and the well-built hiking trail begins on the left-hand side. After half an hour, the trail becomes somewhat narrower and more difficult, but it is still easy to follow and you reach the Dresdner Hütte after another hour.
