Profeglalm (Ellbögner Ochsenalm)
Start your hike at the Hinterlarcher car park in Oberellbögen (charges apply) and walk out of the valley in a westerly direction. After a short distance, turn right and follow the signs towards Profeglalm/Ellbögener Ochsenalm.
The trail leads you through picturesque forest paths, which reward you time and again with marvellous views of the Serles. The hike not only offers pure nature, but also breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Finally, you reach the Profeglalm, a beautiful alpine pasture that invites you to take a cosy break.
The way back is along the same route, so you can once again enjoy the tranquillity of the forest and the magnificent views. This hike is a relaxing way to experience nature and enjoy the view of the majestic Serles.
