Enjoy nature, step by step
The tour starts close to Ratzell, a mining settlement, from where the educational trail continues to the "Tröglisschupfen", refurbished hay barns which are used as the main rest and information points. The sun-drenched mountain pastures, dotted with flowers which are interspersed with wetter areas, attract a large number of different butterflies. From the rest area to the highest point of the educational trail at 1.700 m, you get to enjoy a superb view to the Defereggen mountains.
