This moderate, wheelchair-accessible trail takes you on a 4.6 km route through the Möserer Valley. The path is largely flat and wide, but there are two sections with gradients of 9–12%, which should be considered when planning. Along the way, you’ll pass highlights such as the Seekirchl, the WSC sports venues, and the Seefeld pedestrian zone.
The route begins at the accessible train station in Seefeld (with accessible toilet available) and leads straight into the historic pedestrian zone, where you can enjoy a coffee or do a little window shopping before the tour. Passing the parish church on the right, the path curves left, soon opening up the view of Seefeld’s landmark, the Seekirchl. The asphalt changes to well-maintained gravel, and shortly you’ll find yourself directly in front of the chapel. After a photo stop, continue along the stream on the left, first on gravel and then on a wooden footbridge towards the Möserer Valley.
Soon you’ll reach a bridge – don’t go underneath, but turn right. After a short but steep ascent, you’ll stand opposite the WSC Hall, where you cross the zebra crossing and manage the brief steep ramp on your left. Here begins Trail No. 2, leading into the forest. At the end of the woodland section, pass through a small tunnel before descending to the main road. Do not continue straight, but cross the road (caution: no zebra crossing).
The gravel path now runs parallel to the roller-ski track towards the south. After a left curve along the forest edge, the trail continues through a series of tunnels and forest sections, mostly beside the track. The route eventually brings you out at the road below the ski jump hill, where you follow the asphalt road curving right into the Gschwandtkopf car park. Cross the car park with a slight incline and at the far end follow the descending path beneath the road. From here, you’ll once again enjoy the beautiful view of the Seekirchl. Continue straight until you return to the pedestrian zone and ultimately back to your starting point at the train station.
