The winter sports region in Brixental Valley comprises two large ski areas: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental and Kitzbühel. Both offer numerous pistes, children's areas and practice lifts, ideal for families. SkiWelt is one of the largest interconnected ski areas in Austria with pistes suitable for beginners and child-safe lifts. Kitzbühel also offers many family-friendly attractions, including a wave run, Bärenland and a new natural halfpipe.
