In Pertisau am Achensee, there are other small but excellent lifts in addition to the Zwölferkopf cable car. Three T-bar lifts and a conveyor belt pull ski and snowboard beginners uphill on practice slopes east of the valley station of the Karwendel cable car with a pleasant gradient. Here you can test your sense of balance, which is necessary for the descent. The Planberg and Wiesen lifts are often used by ski instructors from the Leithner ski school for beginners' courses. The practice area is conveniently just a few minutes' walk from the Karwendel cable car parking lot, so you don't have to lug your ski equipment far. If required, "Sport Leithner" and "Sport Wöll" at the valley station offer equipment for hire. The ski area also offers snowtubing. The 100-metre-long conveyor belt takes the snowtubers and their tires to the start. Bag jumping for freestyle jumps is also possible.
