Arrival by public transport
Take the regional bus (lines 4080 or 390) to the Christlum ski resort and get off at the "Achenkirch Christlumlifte" stop.
Take the lift up, sled down—and do it several times in a row. The Christlum sledding run is located right in the Christlum Ski Resort on Lake Achensee; it winds through a romantic forest, is illuminated in the evening, and offers two welcome places to stop for a break.
The Christlum Alm (1,200m), located at the middle lift station, is the starting point for the toboggan run and the meeting spot for evening tobogganing. Ascent is possible on foot or by chairlift. The run is illuminated on Wednesday evenings. Toboggan hire is available at the valley station.

Take the Achensee federal road B181 to Achenkirch and exit at Achenkirch Süd. A few metres further on, turn right towards the Sparmarkt Eder. At the large junction next to the supermarket, turn right again and follow the road uphill to the Christlum ski area. The car park is located after 550 metres.
