Arrival by public transport
From Innsbruck main station there is a direct bus (590) connection to Mieders. Bus stop Serlesbahnen Mieders
From the Maria Waldrast monastery to Matrei in the Wipptal valley.
Route: From the Maria Waldrast monastery, first in wide curves in open terrain, later through a hollow path to the car park in Mützens.
Ascent: From the mountain station of the Serles lifts on foot in approx. 1 hour to the Maria Waldrast monastery.
Open: Daily
Extras: Toboggan rental, daily illuminated night tobogganing until 11.00 p.m.

ATTENTION: To get back to Mieders, either a second vehicle must be parked in Matrei am Brenner, Mützens district, or the ascent back up to the monastery and then the footpath towards the Mieders toboggan run must be planned!
