Lovely winter walk to the mid station of the of the Schatzberg cable car
The starting point is the bus stop at the Hotel Haflingerhof in Mühltal. After passing the hotel, take ski route No. 28. The trail continues uphill through the winter forest to the sunny plateau near Bernau. Well above Auffach, follow the road uphill, which briefly crosses the slopes of the valley run—please watch out for skiers. After another 2.5 kilometers or so, you’ll reach your destination, the Koglmoos mountain restaurant.
You can take the gondola back down to the valley.
