The starting point is the roundabout in the village centre of Pfunds. From here, the circular winter hike heads towards Greit. At the beginning of the forest, the Friedensweg branches off to the right, which you follow. The groomed winter hiking trail leads through snow-covered forest sections and across open meadows to the hamlet of Dorf/Hochwiese. By following the signs, you will return to the starting point at the roundabout after about one hour.
The Friedensweg winter hiking trail is an easy and pleasant circular route, ideal for families and those looking to enjoy the winter scenery at a relaxed pace. With a length of about 3.8 kilometres and only gentle elevation gain, the tour is easy to manage. Along the way, beautiful views of the village and the surrounding mountains invite you to pause and take in the landscape.
