Show dairies in Tyrol

How is cheese made from milk? Why do some cheeses have holes and others don't? The Tyrolean show dairies and alpine cheese dairies provide visitors of all ages with the answers. The cheesemakers can be seen at work, and in the large show dairies some of the information is also presented in a playful and multimedia format. Some are located on a mountain pasture and are the destination of a hike or mountain bike tour, others are in the valley villages. No matter where, the cheese tastes delicious - that's a promise.
