Landeck is the starting point for the 332 km long, cross-border Etschradweg, which leads over the Reschenpass to Verona.
Not only the mountain panorama with the snow-capped peaks is breathtaking in this case, but also the main climbing route of the tour, the Reschenpass (700 m altitude difference).
This main slope can easily be avoided with the special bike transport "Via Claudia Huckepack" from Landeck or Pfunds train station.
The route usually runs on quiet side roads, partly on its own bike paths. From the Reschenpass it is only occasionally uphill and in the South Tyrolean Vinschgau you can already feel the breath of the south.
