From the covered terrace, you can admire the beauty of our Kaiser Mountains, the "Zahmer Kaiser". A small stream flows in front of our house - romantic - and yet you are right by the village of our cozy, small Niederndorf in the Unterland. Easily accessible by public transport. There is a forest behind the house. We are at the foot of the pilgrimage mountain "Hechenberg". The summit is crowned by a beautiful, small chapel called "Maria Heimsuchung". Walking time approx. 45 mins. Around the church square, you will find all kinds of shops, just a 2-minute walk away. Ideally suited for your vital and relaxing holiday, with an infrared cabin right in your bathroom, available for daily use. My wellness studio is in the neighboring building, everything you need to recharge your beauty and energy. Non-smoking house, dogs on request if they are well-behaved and polite, just like our Aria, a female Rhodesian Ridgeback.  We are eco-certified! Austrian Eco-Label!
