St. Ulrich am Pillersee

Parish Church St. Ulrich am Pillersee

Description

The Parisch Church of St. Ulrich dated from the 15. century had been consecrated to St. Ulrich, the bishop of Augsburg, who was one of the most honoured Saints in the Middle Ages. The church was - like many other churches too - subject to various temporal styles. In the 18. century the church had a baroque style, then in 1864/68 it became gothic again and in 1960/61 it has been restored and finally provided with a late baroque character.

Holy fairs, catholic: friday & saturday 7 pm.
