Description

The Schnackler adventure trail, especially for younger visitors to the Kaiserbach Valley, describes the story of the "Schnackler" and the "Koasabacher" at several stations. Kirchdorf children's book author Bettina Reiter summarizes the special features of the nature reserve in an amusing story. Along the way, this story is conveyed to the children in the form of play and knowledge elements.
The best place to start the hike is from the Fischbachalm parking lot - you have to pass the toll road (note: toll charges apply). A small bridge leads over the Kaisertalbach stream, and from there you follow the well-maintained forest path towards Griesner Alm. The way back is via the same route.
