Arrival in the Hall-Wattens Region
The Hall-Wattens region is easily accessible by train, bus, car, or airplane. Traveling by bus is particularly comfortable, as it can be used free of charge from Innsbruck with the guest card. By Train
The region has several train stations that can be accessed depending on the train connection:
• Hall in Tirol-Thaur
• Hall in Tirol
• Volders-Baumkirchen
• Fritzens-Wattens
From all stations, there are good bus connections to the surrounding towns like Absam, Thaur, Mils, Tulfes, Gnadenwald, and Wattenberg.
By Bus From Innsbruck, there are very good connections:
• Line 456 and 650: Innsbruck – Hall – Volders - Wattens
• Line 501 and 502 or 503 (weekends): Innsbruck – Thaur – Absam
• Line 540: Innsbruck – Tulfes – Hall

By Car
The Hall-Wattens region is well developed via the Inntalautobahn A12.
• Exit Hall-West for Hall in Tirol, Absam, and Thaur
• Exit Hall-Mitte for Tulfes, Hall, Mils, Gnadenwald, Baumkirchen, and Fritzens
• Exit Wattens for Volders, Wattens, Fritzens, Baumkirchen, and Wattenberg Paid parking options are available in all towns of the region.
By Airplane
The nearest airport is Innsbruck Airport, just about 20 minutes from Hall-Wattens. From there, you can conveniently reach the region by train or bus. Alternatively, there are also the airports of Munich, Salzburg, and Zurich, which are well connected by train.
