Altkaser Alm at Spitzstein
Our alpine lodge is a popular destination for the whole family, located at an altitude of 1,279 m above the Spitzsteinhaus. Enjoy the magnificent panoramic view from our terrace (Loferer and Leoganger Stone Mountains - Kaisergebirge - Zillertal Alps, etc.) and experience unique sunsets. Cyclists are very welcome. Warm meals are available all day.
Accessibility: By car from Erl over Erlerberg to the parking lot at Goglalm (fee required), from there a 15-minute walk or from Sachrang (Bavaria): about a 1.5-hour walk. The summit of Spitzstein can be reached on foot from Altkaser Alm in about 45 minutes.

Generally open year-round - in winter depending on the weather, Monday is a day of rest (except on holidays)
