Description

The Arztaler Alm is a cosy and welcoming mountain hut located at an altitude of 1,900 metres above sea level near Ellbögen in the Arz Valley. The hike from the valley to the mountain hut takes approximately one and a half hours. Once at the hut, your hosts will be there to welcome you with Tyrolean home-cooked food ranging from delicious dumplings to the traditional dry-cured ham known as “Speck.”

The Arztaler Alm is a highlight for children because it has ponies, glacier goats and blacknose sheep that kids can experience up close. The mountain hut also boasts stunning panoramic views surrounded by alpine nature, and offers accommodation for up to 15 guests.
