The Ascherhütte at 2,256 m above sea level is probably one of the most beautiful places in the entire Paznaun. It belongs to DAV-Sektion Pfaffenhofen-Asch and is managed both in summer and winter.

Description

The Ascherhütte has existed since 1895 at 2,256 m above sea level in the Samnaun Group, surrounded by the Blankakopf and Rotpleiskopf. The Ascherhütte is one of four participating huts on the Culinary Way of St. James and promises not only a cosy hut atmosphere but also culinary highlights. You can feel that tradition is really lived here when the waitress serves you a Kaiserschmarrn. And with the view of the Verwall Group with the Hohe Riffler (3,168 m) that you can enjoy from up here, everything else suddenly becomes very easy.
