Die Wilderin
The Wilderin brings culinary delights from the Alpine region directly to Innsbruck's city centre.
The Wilderin's authentic, seasonal and therefore varied cuisine is based on the excellent products sourced from Alpine farmers. These culinary treasures are bought directly from the producers by the Wilderin team and brought to the plate in a surprising way using a combination of traditional regional cookery and inspiration from the culinary world.
For enjoyment by the glass, the Wilderin offers a fresh, seasonally adapted range of Austrian wines from small winegrowers and more than just a tip for tempting high-proof spirits.
Claudia Kogler and her team bring regional quality to the table at the Wilderin Old Town restaurant. Here you know exactly where and from whom the ingredients for the dishes come, including modern interpretations of classics such as Tafelspitz from grey cattle, roast duck or the delicious dessert of raw milk yoghurt with gingerbread. The Gault Millau testers reward the cuisine and expert service with two toques and 13 points.
