The Innkeeper takes special pride in his private horse and cattle farming: For some ten years he has been breeding the "Dux Cattle", a breed that is especially renowned for its low fat meat. The menu is seasonal and always changing, offering delightful "Dux Beef" specialties, venison delicacies and fresh vegetables from own farming. Few Country Inns can match up to the long pedigree of the "Neuwirt Inn". Set at the entrance to scenic Arztal Valley, it serves as perfect base for outstanding walks, hikes, and backcountry ski tours.
