Description

Tradition is the foundation for countless variations and possibilities. It creates the basis for an inexhaustible source of creativity. Lifelong learning is a matter of course for a schoolhouse. This is how we understand development. With a sense of place and the courage to rethink the world in the Zillertal from time to time.

In doing so, we dig into our culinary memories, reinterpret them, and present them traditionally well but in surprisingly different ways on the plates. We never lose sight of the flavor, as it is what connects us with our guests.
