Gastronomy restaurant "Guat'z Essen"

A green Michelin star for Guat'z Essen! Tucked away on the outskirts of town, the restaurant steadfastly adheres to the principle of ‘From Permaculture to Table’. The fruit and vegetables come from a permaculture garden spanning over 1,000 m², whilst the grains and dairy products are sourced locally. This results in exclusively vegetarian or vegan menus comprising between nine and 13 courses.
