After our move from Meilerhof in Reith, we have found our new home in the heart of Seefeld – a place where culinary craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality merge into an unforgettable experience. Our dishes are created with great love and craftsmanship from regional ingredients – always fresh, authentic, and in harmony with tradition. Whether for dinner or a special occasion, here you can enjoy honest cuisine in a cozy atmosphere that brings the best of the region to your plate.

Our Philosophy: Connected to nature and sustainable
We place great value on fresh products from local farms that grow in ecological farming and are sourced from whole animal processing. Additionally, we refine many food items ourselves: We ferment, pickle, and produce items like soy sauces or miso pastes that give our dishes a special touch.

From Our Own Garden
A special highlight is our own garden in Hatting, where Anne, the wife of our head chef Waal, carefully cultivates high-quality products with passion. In addition to her work as a gardener, she also produces excellent herbal teas and has recently become an officially certified herbal specialist. Her garden is continually growing, and she is currently in the process of obtaining her organic seal – another step toward sustainable agriculture.
