After our move from Meilerhof in Reith, we found our new home in the heart of Seefeld – a place where culinary craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality merge into an unforgettable experience. Our dishes are created with love and craftsmanship from regional ingredients – always fresh, authentic, and in harmony with tradition. Whether for dinner or a special occasion, you will enjoy honest cuisine in a cozy atmosphere that brings the best from the region to your plate.

Our philosophy: Nature-connected and sustainable
We place great emphasis on fresh products from nearby farms that are grown organically and sourced from whole animal processing. Additionally, we refine many food items ourselves: We ferment, pickle, and produce items like soy sauces or miso pastes that add a special touch to our dishes.

From our own garden
A special highlight is our own garden in Hatting, where Anne, the wife of our chef Waal, grows high-quality products with great care and passion. Besides her work as a gardener, she also makes excellent herbal teas and is recently certified as a herbal specialist. Her garden is steadily growing, and she is currently in the process of obtaining her organic seal – another step towards sustainable agriculture.
