At Riesen, everything is regional and comes from Austria. Only Austrian wines, beers, juices and spirits are offered. The wide range of regional specialities such as mountain cheese from the Bregenzerwald, woolly pig salami from southern Styria or Tyrolean bacon are perfect accompaniments. The delicacies are exclusively from certified organic farmers.
