Family holiday in the Stubai Valley

You really don't need to worry about the weather in the Stubai Valley! If the weather doesn't play ball, there are so many great indoor activities that you almost wish for a bit of cloudy sky. And Innsbruck is not far away either.

We recommend it because:

  • There are also great indoor offers even when it's raining or cooler - from the indoor pool with tyre slide to the action-packed trampoline park.
  • Water adventures await everywhere: from the Serleswasser to the Klaus Äuele playground to the WildeWasserWeg trail along the Ruetz and to the region's mountain lakes.
  • Children and young people will find just the right thing as part of the programme - from rafting, canoeing and stand-up paddling to craft activities, dam building and treasure hunts.

Mountain railways in summer

These four lifts take families up the mountain in comfort in summer too. The Serles gondola lift takes you comfortably up to over 2,700 metres in altitude, then the summer toboggan run takes you down at a rapid pace. The "Top of Tyrol" viewing platform offers a panoramic view of 109 three-thousand metre peaks - you have to take the three lifts on the Stubai Glacier to get there.
