Our butcher's shop mainly slaughters and processes animals from farms and hunting grounds in the local region.

Our handmade premium products such as Tyrolean bacon, rosemary venison sausages, lamb sausages, venison bacon as well as specialties such as Zillertal oven-baked liver are very popular with locals and guests alike.

In the old, nostalgic store - “Metzgerladal” - the products from the butcher's shop are sold and our customers are introduced to the philosophy that we live by every day.

We also offer homemade gravy, boiled beef soup, bolognaise and other products that our customers can quickly prepare at home - fast food of the highest quality!
