In our family business we produce crystal clear schnapps and noble liqueurs according to traditional recipes.
Since 1859 our Ellmauer fruit distillery has stood for fine art of distillation.
As a trained brewer, maltster and distiller, Matthias Erber continues the family tradition and delights connoisseurs with a wide range of products.
