The sustainable fish farm with food & stocking fish in Aschau im Zillertal - Tyrol Welcome to the website of our sustainable fish farm in Aschau im Zillertal. We, the Brindlinger family, converted our cowshed to fish farming in 2015 and we now breed over 10 different species of fish here and process them into top-quality products. The fish are bred in the large fish pond and in 5 other tanks, and as soon as they are mature, they are slaughtered and freshly processed on the farm. If required, the fish can also be smoked. We are always proud when we see what our little fish have become after 2-3 years and are already looking forward to the next generation to breed!
