Starting at the village center (behind tourist center) it goes over flat meadows to the first crossing point (Neuwieben). Then turn left trough the forest to the Stelzerbrücke (slightly ascending) and continue over a flat meadow into the hamlet Au (Fohlenhof). From there turn right on a slightly downhill trial back to the starting point (public indoor pool).
