The Gschnitz practice trail is 2.5 km long and is groomed in the classic style, but you can also skate.
The trail starts at the Feuerstein Inn in Gschnitz and runs at an easy level of difficulty. The practice trail can be easily connected with the sun trail.

From Innsbruck there is a train every half hour to Steinach (every hour on Sundays and public holidays). Continue with bus 4146 in the direction of Gschnitz to the end of the valley or terminus. Timetable at: http://www.vvt.at
